Quotes and service

Submitting the contact form is a request, not a booking. We follow up to confirm details, provide a quote, and schedule service. The actual scope, pricing, and any guarantees for your home are set out in the written agreement you sign before work begins.

Inspections

Termite and bed bug inspections carry a $75 fee. We do not advertise them as free. The fee covers a real, careful inspection of your home.

Accuracy
