No. A termite or bed bug inspection with Blue Jays is $75, and we will never advertise it as free. Nick would rather be upfront than run a bait-and-switch. That $75 pays for a real, careful inspection of your home, and if you move forward, you get a clear scope and honest pricing with no pressure.
